On a cold Tuesday evening, WADAC held its first ever live streamed demo. Around 22 members watched Claire Cross paint a Spring scene, which was live streamed to many other members at home. Claire Cross is a successful local artist based in Abingdon and the tutor for WADAC’s Tuesday morning art classes. Her work can be seen in many exhibitions around Oxfordshire.
Claire ended up with a lovely pastel painting with lots of light and dark. Pastel on an acrylic ground. She seemed to be doing lots of squiggles marks and, hey presto, it resulted in a very harmonious painting!
