Treasurer needed

David Booth, our former chairman, has been the Club’s treasurer for many years. He is stepping down and we are seeking someone to take opver the role. It takes about an hour a week (c. 52 hours pa) and David is happy to do a full hand-over.

Wallingford & District Art Club (WADAC) seeks a part-time treasurer to help monitor, analyse and maintain the club’s financial stability. The retiring treasurer will be available to provide a full handover.

The Treasurer’s role represents a commitment of about 52 hours a year (with small peaks on event dates), working remotely and attending or contributing remotely to about four one-hour local committee meetings.

We are seeking someone with relevant experience, IT literate and detail-oriented. Ideally, the role will be undertaken voluntarily, but modest compensation is possible for the right candidate.
